Ilan Shavit – Shavit Bar-On Gal-On Tzin Witkon, Law Offices

Mr. Shavit specializes in foreign and local corporate law, international transactions and corporate structures, as well as commercial litigation and arbitration. He also has extensive experience in high-tech, bio-tech and start-up corporate incorporation and financing, minority and majority shareholder rights, and other fields of corporate law.

Mr. Shavit chairs the Board of Directors of a multi-national group of companies and serves on the Board of Directors of several Israeli corporations. He has also served as an elected member of the Yehud Monosson City Council and the City Planning Commission.

Mr. Shavit was formerly a lecturer on Public International Law at the Hebrew University Law Faculty, and a member of the Faculty Law Review editorial board.

Previously, Mr. Shavit served as a law clerk in Israel’s Supreme Court (for the Hon. Judge Gavriel Bach), an associate at Raveh, Abramson & Co. in Jerusalem and a partner at Dan Cohen, Spiegelman & Co. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1984.
